If I were to take the stage,
if I were to sing my songs,
I'd strive to be the pop diva,
I'd be the lovely Kate Perry.

If I were to take the stage,
I'd take the world heart by heart.
Share my passions and my soul,
show world the dark and light.
Empowerment of life in rhythmic beat
speaking of naughtier things.
Express a shared lust for life
on the edges of acceptability.

If I were to sing the songs,
I'd be more than a message.
I'd rock the songs with my sexy self,
saying more more than simple words.
Beauty in a total package,
eyes speaking life's volumes.
Body confident in all it's curves,
burning heat ready to express.

I'd strive to be the pop diva,
I'd be on the top of the world.
Bigger than life with a special twist,
that I don't take my self seriously.
I'd be the lovely Kate Perry,
I'd be a super star complete.
Best of dark and light in song,
beauty and passion complete.
