On the Cusp
Mar. 20th, 2007 09:43 pmI'm a cusp type guy. I was born on June 20th. This is on the cusp - the edge - of Gemini and Cancer. So, today I was reading 'The Beat', an entertainment newspaper here in South Carolina. Tammy Strokes has an article 'Slackers No More' in the 'Seeding Spartanburg' section.
The article stated "Gen-Xers are the generation of Americans born roughly between 1965 and 1979. Often referred to as the "Me Generation", we grew up with the disco craze AND Madonna, Saturday Night Fever AND Footloose, Atari AND Nintendo".
Wikipedia.org defines the previous generation, The Baby Boomers, as running between 1946 and 1964. This puts me on another cusp.
Another cusp... another time I live life on the edge.
