kokopelleI listened to NPR today for the first time in a while. The experience revealed why I now listen to books-on-tape.
The governor of Georgia was being interviewed about the water shortage. The reported asked something like, "has the planning of (or lack of) Atlanta contributed to the existing water problems?" Well, the governor completely dodged the question and said something like, "the drought is the biggest we've ever seen. the water usage plans are outdated and the water could go further with better planning". I was kinda frustrated.
I don't know if I was more frustrated because:
a) The governor dodged the question
b) The reporter let him
c) The reporter asked an unanswerable question in the first place
