Yellow Abandoned Mill House

This is the second of two abandoned mill houses on the block behind my house. This Yellow mill house is in much worse condition than the Blue mill house. These are small houses: two front rooms, a kitchen, and a small bathroom. The house is a testimony to the need to reclaim a building before water damage does its worst.

It amazes me how many things are falling into ruin where you live. It shows what happens when industries change.

How are you enjoying the new camera?

On a more concerned note, areyou protecting yourself when you go into thes buildings? They are probably filled with mold that is very bad for you - I would suggest at least a breathing mask that would filter the mold out. Hugs!

I am quite enjoying the camera! Fun stuff.

I need to put a breathing mask in my camera bag. Mold was not an issue at the two mill houses, but I've heard of places where the dnager is real. Thanks for the reminder!
