Took it! Some of it was incredibly apt and some quite far from the mark.

Like, "Preoccupied with things of an intensely exciting nature, whether erotically stimulating or otherwise. Wants to be regarded as an exciting and interesting personality with an altogether charming and impressive influence on others. Uses tactics skillfully so as to avoid endangering her chances of success or undermining others' confidence in herself" and "The fear that she might be prevented from achieving the things she wants leads her to play her part with an urgent and hectic intensity". Naw, really? ^^

On the other hand, "Emotionally inhibited. Feels forced to compromise, making it difficult for her to form a stable emotional attachment" and "feels that her relationships are empty and her progress impeded"? Really not.

I'll probably post my full results up with a commentary in a few days.

Do tell! (smile)... just kidding!

Your results do seem to be a mixed bag. Which color(s) did you pick first and last in the test?

Don't ask or I may indeed tell :P In any case you may've gathered I tend to burn the candle at both ends a bit...

I had the burgundy and the red as first colours in each of the two rounds, and I think I may've consistently picked yellow last. I'm really not a fan of yellow, especially that shade. I think I had the black, teal, and blue next, and the brown and grey right before last.

You have shared that your choices can dualistically burn a candle... works for me. I'd be making some alternate life choices if I didn't have such an incredible mate.

I had yellow early on and black towards the end. This is strange, because I tend to be a fan of black, but I suppose the shying away from the color is because of my current frame of mind.

Good news... I have an appointment with my doctor on Wednesday. This will provide me the means of getting some bridging medication. Tis a good thing...

Well, my candle-burning is not so much self-destructive as a bit frantic, but I suspect that's also to do with my age, that thing about "gather ye rosebuds while ye may".

I don't tend to find black depressing so much as soothing and restful, but I suspect that's a symptom of my peculiar personal relationship with colour - I tend to take the Japanese view and associate white with death as well as purity.

Good luck with your appointment, I hope he can provide you with more help than there was for my insomnia, and that stuff gets better soon :)
