Gears of War Success

I completed Gears of War in the casual mode. The last big battle is with the ultimate boss. He is very tough and has a swarm of bat things that protect him from most shots. After dying a dozen times, I finally mastered the quick-reload and commenced to emptying my main rifle, shotgun, and was down to the last few shots with my pistol. Just as it looked like I was going to have to try again from the final checkpoint, the big guy went down. Success... I really like this game. It has measures of strategy, quick wits, and lots of shooting. Wow...

<3 video game dorkiness. ^_^ I think that's why I'm living with the friends I am, even though I barely game anymore.
