Moody and a Great Pic

I'm kinda tired today and moody. I think the moodiness is from too much artificial sweetener the past few days. Thoughts like this I don't need to have!!!

Today's picture is of Bear with a very natural background. He looks so much like his mother and they are both beautiful!

I think you mentioned before that you suffer from some depression periodically. Artificial sweeteners are a terrible culprit and just exascerbate so many maladies. If you have a chance, please visit www.thespofamerica.com for some low-down on this and other food additives that are slowly poisoning America. I bought the book and it has become a bible of sorts with regard to what I will eat these days!
