[livejournal.com profile] wulfwalker and I drove around today looking for an abandoned location photographic project. Sadly, we didn't find anything. The abandoned mill I thought was in Easley is probably in Anderson instead. Oh well, as I told [livejournal.com profile] wulfwalker, we learned where not to look for locations. Where are all the good places??? (smile).

I did get pictures of doggies today... each day the labs chase Tobey for a bit. Below is an example of the chase...

Hey there . . .I had a meeting on Saturday with some people and a peripheral issue that came up was the balance of Habit and Novelty as a success dynamic. The woman talking about it couldn't remember the author so I looking it up this morning. . .

I think I am having a particularly cynical day today. With that said, I have enough of a passing awareness and capability with technology as to not be feel like a god from the "service of the emotion of awe" of technologies.

With great power comes great responsibility. Technology affords unprecedented achievements in data processing, analysis and presentation. However, no map is the journey, and the majority of technology is just that, a map to possibilities. Finally, the handmaiden of great responsibility is an equal amount of humility. IMO these combine to be a beginning of history instead of the end.

Thank you for the link. I will ponder this some more.
