A Handy Camera
Jan. 25th, 2009 02:21 pmSometimes having a camera in the car can get one the oddest pictures. On Saturday I was checking out some local thrift stores and I spotted a field of black turkey vultures. They were on the ground and in the trees. This flickr set has all the pictures and below are a sample of what I saw. The field/lot was right off of one of the streets adjacent to the Laurens downtown area.

I think this is a lot of what you do in your dreams.
A cigar is ALWAYS just a cigar. And the space it occupies is always NOT a cigar. The dream is both the shadow and the root of the substance. Most of the time there's not a damned thing we can do relative to that -- it's out of our human reach. But sometimes Reality winks at us and our response is up to us.
You did for some reason take that photo that day and posted it so that we all read it in a certain sequence and timing.
