I'm having a lot of trouble sleeping - probably getting 2 hours a nite for the last 5 days.
My therapist is also gifted and says that he's had more intense psychic experience in the last 10 days than he's experience since the last time stuff peaked in 1991 or so.
Goodness... for the most part I sleep when I allow myself to, but going to bed at 12:30 and getting up at 4:00 limits the sleep one can get.
I am getting more feeling on all levels, including psychic, now that I'm off of the Cymbalta (sp). Yesterday I had a slight meltdown that seemed to be related to some events here at work, but this is the exception to my gifted life.
