Big Changes Afoot

I might as write about this now since I'll probably be too disheartened to write about it later. Tomorrow we're suppose to hear about how our Plant Manager and the Manager of Human Resources are being let go. The HR Manager position will probably not be refilled. The Plant Manager replacement is scary stuff as it opens the door to a person with no local "loyalties" in the top local management position. We'll learn more tomorrow...
