Another Day

I spent the day at working catching up a project at work. Eight to five worth of programming with another day tomorrow for more fun! On Sunday I get to do paperwork as well as finishing up the code wrangling.

Today I got a book on programming coding/logic. I've been programming computers since 1981 (I think) when I started with a Commodore PET 4032 computer in the high school computer lab. Self taught for the most part, I've made enough mistakes to have good programming habits now. Anyway, back to the book. I was looking over the programming book during dinner and pretty much got all the way through it knowing that I knew the stuff right, left and center. My formal educational background is as an Electrical Engineer, and while we got a smattering of programming courses in college, the place I am at now is from my own dogged doing. And why do I pursue programming like I do? I believe there is an incredibly strong creative aspect to it. That's my story and I'm stick to it!

aww yeah.

I still have two functional C64 units, complete with boxes and owner manuals... Sometimes, when I need a laugh- I sit and read them...

Somewhere (maybe in the garage) I have several C64s. There are some C128s down in the basement. I spent many years working with and programming these wonderful machines. The strange thing is that I never had an Amiga... too expensive.
