Across the Room

Miracles do happen. People rush to and fro. Contact is ephemeral and fleeting. Then we meet a person who catches our attention and they become real when all else is passing away. The connection defies the norm of fleeting glimpses. The other part of the miracle is that this can happen when the person is far away. Proximity does not guarantee a connection. Distance does not dissuade a lasting bond. Togetherness is a miracle.
