I've found a really two great tools for those photographers who would like to embrace 360 degree panoramic pictures. The first is Hugin, an open source program for assembling a mosaic of photographs into a complete immersive panorama, stitch any series of overlapping pictures and much more. The second is FieldofView for displaying the panoramic pictures. Here are some samples of the results...

Ross's favorite lights client is in South Carolina. I talked to him about your panorama photos in terms of interior shots. Am I talking though my hat or is this photo work appropriate for interiors as well.

Absolutely. The River Falls Lodge is an example of an interior shot. Here is another one I found on line: http://fieldofview.com/flickr/?page=photos/flashlamp/2926228171. I plan to get some pictures of my house this coming week. The neat thing about Hugin is that you can do spherical 360 degree pictures. This is one of my next photography projects!
