This weekend was a time for my lovely wife and I to catch up on our movies. We saw Ender's Game and Thor. Thor was just good fun. Ender's Game was good, and I am still thinking about what to say about it. More later!
Parts of it were definitely hilaribad, and I wonder what someone would think of it without reading the book first, but I concur that, as a whole, Ender's Game was pretty good (though not my favorite ever). (srsly they could have just used some size doubles. or even just camera angles would have helped. I CANNOT GET OVER BONZO BEING SHORTER THAN ENDER. also bean, poor bean. and what the hell was up with bernard?)
