More Work at the House

I worked on the new house some more this evening. The achieved projects were: 1) Changing front door lock set 2) Fixing pull down attic stairs 3) repairing front screen door. The downside of the evening was listening to commercial radio. The music was OK. The really aggravating factor was the commercials. Gads... I despise commercials on both TV and the radio. I understand that people have to make money, but it is ridiculous to have as many minutes of commercials as there is music. I really need to set up an alternative music source!

Sirius at $12.95 a month was a really good deal from my perspective. I have commercial radio and cable TV is nearly as bad these days.

The thing that both amuses and horrifies me was the commercial radio station talking about listening to them in hi-def radio. GADS. The last thing I want to listen to is minute upon minute of hi-def commercials. Just shoot me now...

I do have a Sirius set. It is in Wulfwalker's car because I listen to books on tape/cd when I drive.
